Registered Commons

Registered Commons seems like one logical next step for Creative Commons to me. It both helps promote the idea of a Creative Commons and makes this innovative approach to intellectual property rights more usable.

News Entry

Licenses Extended | 2011-03-10 00:00

GPL 3.0 is now supported

When registering a work, you can select a pre-defined license. Now we have added GPL Version 3.0 and fixed doublettes with Public Domain licenses, made available through an API from Creative Commons, which changed recently.

Registered Commons is more than ever your safe place for creative works or software, making clear to the world, which license you have chosen when publishing.
