- means a person with an account at RegisteredCommons.
RegisteredCommons is storing a digital timestamp and the hash code associated with the work you released for RegisteredCommons for seven years. RegisteredCommons may offer upgrade options. The way of access to the digital timestamp together with the hash code associated with the work may be altered in future.
Storage of content is intended for single persons by fair use principles. Corporate users are encouraged to sign up for a professional account. Reselling a service based on the concept or contents of RegisteredCommons is not permitted and requires a special agreement. Please contact stamp -at- RegisteredCommons.org
Users are responsible for keeping your RegisteredCommons password secure.
Users must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other RegisteredCommons users.
Users may not use the RegisteredCommons service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content and copyright.
In general, it is not RegisteredCommons' practice to disclose personal information to third parties. We may share personal information in two instances. Firstly, we may share personal information with our contractors and service providers in order to maintain, enhance, or add to the functionality of the RegisteredCommons webservice. Then provide the following information by e-mail to stamp -at- registeredcommons.org:
- the registration GriDs for both registered releases
- a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in the WIKI is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner's behalf.
In case of infringement disputes RegisteredCommons can offer counseling or serve as a mediator. A financial deposit paid for by the confliciting parties or the party will serve as prepayment covering the RegisteredCommons efforts to help solve the issue.
You are not allowed to use the RegisteredCommons service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
